Pricing & Delivery
All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Bulk Orders
Note: All prices are retail. If you want to order bulk, then please call our Sales Team Members for bulk order prices.
Payments
Payments are made in Pounds Sterling. All credit card transactions are processed through Sagepay and checked prior to the orders being sent out. Please make sure your details are correct. We accept no responsibility for any order delayed as a result of incorrect payment details being given. We automatically take payment from your credit/debit card immediately upon you confirming your order - if, in the highly unlikely event, we are unable to fulfil you order within 5 working days we will offer to refund your card whilst we await stock.
We shall retain legal title to the products until payment has been made in full by the customer.
Delivery Charges
UK delivery is free and details can be found on the order page. We will replace any product damaged in transit.
Privacy Statement
We regard maintaining the privacy of our customers as very important and have therefore established a privacy policy as set out below. This privacy statement forms part of the Terms of Use.
We will only use any information provided to us in a lawful and reasonable manner, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected from you to enable us to process your order and provide the best possible service. Any information provided will not be passed on or sold to any further party, persons or companies / organisations. We will not contact you by email or any other means without your prior consent (unless this is in relation to your order).
All credit card transactions are processed through Sagepay- we do not save your credit card details on this website.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Performance Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Scalewizard in accordance with the product performance guide then contact us within 4 months and if we can not improve the performance you can return the Scaleguard for a full refund.
Product guarantee
Scalewizard comes with a 10 year guarantee on parts and workmanship. In the unlikely event of the unit becoming unserviceable please return it to us for a replacement, quoting your date of purchase. Sorry but we do not pay for return postage.
